Desire Records caught my attention with their 12” EPs from Collateral, and this latest record from TSTI has upped the anti. Dark & hazy bedroom electronica that sounds re-released from 1981 by S. Smith of Upstate NY. Extra props for anyone from the upstate making rad tunes (as I reside there myself). Seems kinda strange that TSTI ended up releasing his Evaluations LP on the UK based Desire, but I suppose these things happen. Check out the whole album streaming, and snag it on sweet colored vinyl.
